At Aurano, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.

1) Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

As an additional benefit, Aurano extends this cancellation period to 30 days on your very first order with us.

To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing (via email) within the applicable cancellation period.

2) Conditions for Returns

Returned items must:

• Be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

• You may handle the product to check its nature, features and functioning, just as you would in a shop. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for this inspection, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.

• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation (or within 30 days if your first order qualifies for the extended period).

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation).

Non-returnable items include:

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Perishable goods.

• Items of health or hygiene where the seal has been broken.

• Sale items clearly marked as Final Sale.

• Gift cards.

3) How to Return

• Contact us at support@aurano.co.uk with your order number.

• We will provide you with the return address and full instructions.

• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

4) Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage).

• In line with UK law, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost. If you selected an express or premium delivery option, only the equivalent standard delivery cost will be refunded.

• For security reasons, refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

5) Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.

We will cover the cost of return and offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

6) Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like another item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
